摘要 针对大型风电机组等大型机械设备多依靠人工润滑的现象,设计了基于分层控制的分布式智能润滑系统。上层控制模块中上位机依靠Zigbee无线传感器网络接收下层注脂节点的数据,并将控制指令通过Zigbee无线网络发送到下层控制网络。在下层控制模块中,注脂节点的主控制器为STM32F104,利用模糊免疫PID算法计算并获得润滑点的柱塞泵电机控制指令,以实现精准注脂。采用Matlab软件对算法进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明文中算法在调节速度、稳定性、准确性方面均优于传统PID算法。 In view of the phenomenon that large mechanical equipment such as large-scale wind turbine mostly relies on manual equipment lubrication,this paper designs a distributed intelligent lubrication system based on hierarchical control.The upper control module mainly relies on ZigBee wireless sensor network to receive the data of the lower grease injection node,and relies on ZigBee network to realize the grease injection operation of the lubrication point.In the lower control module,the main controller is STM32F104,and the fuzzy immune PID algorithm is used to control the piston pump motor at the lubrication point to realize grease injection.In this paper,MATLAB software is used to simulate and verify the algorithm.By comparing Fuzzy Immune PID algorithm with PID algorithm,the simulation results show that the algorithm in this paper is better than PID in regulating speed,stability and accuracy.
