多原发肺癌的诊疗研究进展

Research progress in diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary lung cancers

以往认为多原发肺癌(MPLC)是一种少见的疾病,但随着肺癌检查手段的不断增强,肺癌高危患者的筛查逐渐增多,MPLC的检出率也随之增加了。目前关于MPLC的诊断以及治疗方法仍有争议,如何选择最佳的诊疗方案仍然是一个难题。该文简要地总结了国内外相关文献,对MPLC的诊疗现状予以综述,旨在为临床医务工作者提供理论性的指导,从而进一步改善MPLC的预后。

In the past,multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)was considered to be a rare disease.However,with the continuous enhancement of lung cancer screening methods,the screening of high-risk patients with lung cancer has gradually increased,and the detection rate of MPLC has also increased.At present,there are still controversies about the diagnosis and treatment of MPLC,and how to choose the best diagnosis and treatment plan is still a difficult problem.This article briefly summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literature,and reviews the current diagnosis and treatment of MPLC,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for clinical medical workers and further improving the progno-sis of MPLC.
