榆林市2019年常规免疫接种率监测结果评价

Analysis and evaluation of routine immunization rate in 2019 in Yulin City of Shaanxi Province

目的了解2019年榆林市常规免疫接种监测工作情况,评价常规免疫报告接种率水平并分析原因。方法运用Excel 2007进行数据分析,利用比值(R)评价法、差值(D)评价法、估算接种率对榆林市2019年常规免疫报告接种率质量进行评价。结果2019年常规免疫报表报告完整率和及时率均为100%(179/179);2019年榆林市10县区各疫苗报告接种率均在95%以上。R值评价市级5个R值中1个可信、3个可疑、1个不可信,县级可信、可疑R值分别有13个、5个,其余R值均不可信。D值评价中,市级HBV1、OPV1、DPT1的D值可疑,MR、MenA1的D值不可信。区县级HBV1的D值靖边县、子洲县可信、榆阳区、米脂县可疑,其余县区均为不可信;OPV1的D值靖边县、绥德县、子洲县可信、榆阳区可疑,其余县区均为不可信;DPT1的D值靖边县可信,榆阳区、绥德县、吴堡县、子洲县可疑,其余均为不可信;MR的D值靖边县、子洲县可信,佳县、吴堡县可疑,其余均为不可信;MenA1的D值靖边县可信,绥德县、吴堡县、子洲县可疑,其余均为不可信。结论榆林市常规免疫报告接种率(县级)达到国家要求。报告接种率偏高,可能与免疫规划接种率考核中报告接种率指标作为重点分值有关。R值评价及D值评价提示,可信值较少,榆林市常规免疫工作仍存在目标儿童摸底不准确、疫苗接种率报告虚高等问题。为提高接种率及接种质量,免疫规划工作需要全社会各部门通力合作、支持及参与配合。

Objective To explore the routine immunization surveillance in Yulin City in 2019 of Shaanxi Prov-ince,and to evaluate the level of routine immunization reporting vaccination rate and analyze the reasons.Methods The data analysis was performed using Excel 2007,and the quality of routine immunization reporting vaccination rate in Yulin City in 2019 was evaluated using the ratio(R)evaluation method,the difference(D)evaluation method,and the es-timated vaccination rate.Results The complete and timely reporting rate of routine immunization statements in 2019 was 100%(179/179);the reported vaccination rate of each vaccine in 10 counties and districts of Yulin City in 2019 was above 95%.There were 1 credible,3 suspicious,and 1 unreliable R values at the municipal level,and there were 13 cred-ible and 5 suspicious R values at the county level,respectively,with the rest all unreliable.In the evaluation of the val-ues,the D values of HBV1,OPV1,and DPT1 at the municipal level were suspicious,and the D values of MR and Me-nA1 were unreliable.The D values of HBV1 at district and county level are credible in Jingbian County and Zizhou County,suspicious in Yuyang District and Mili County,and unreliable in the rest of the counties;the D values of OPV1 are credible in Jingbian County,Suide County and Zizhou County,suspicious in Yuyang District,and unreliable in the rest of the counties;the D values of DPT1 are credible in Jingbian County,suspicious in Yuyang District,Suide County,Wubao County and Zizhou County,and unreliable in the rest of the counties;the D values of MR are credible in Jingbian County and Zizhou County,suspicious in Jia County and Wubao County,and unreliable in the rest of the counties;D val-ues of MenA1 are credible for Jingbian County,suspicious for Suide County,Wubao County,and Zizhou County,and un-reliable in the rest of the counties.Conclusion The reported vaccination rate(county level)of routine immunization in Yulin City met the national requirements.The high reported vaccination rate may be related to the reported vaccination rate indicator as a key score in the immunization planning vaccination rate assessment.The R-value evaluation and D-value evaluation suggest that the credible values are low,and there are still problems of inaccurate mapping of target children and false high reporting of vaccination rate in Yulin City's routine immunization work.In order to improve the vaccination rate and quality,the immunization planning work needs the cooperation,support and participation of all sec-tors of society.
