摘要
利用纳秒激光打标机在厚度为1.5mm的304不锈钢板上制备织构,研究了激光功率、扫描速度、加工次数等激光参数对304不锈钢表面织构参数的影响。实验结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,织构深度、织构宽度均增大;随着扫描速度的增加,织构深度先增大后减小,织构宽度先减小后增大;随着加工次数的增加,织构深度先增大后减小,织构宽度先减小后增大。经分析,影响304不锈钢表面织构的因素主要有激光能量密度、单位面积能量累积、等离子屏蔽效应、离焦量等。
In order to study the mechanism of surface texture of 304 stainless steel prepared by nanosecond laser,the texture was prepared on stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm by using nanosecond laser marking machine.The effects of laser power,scanning speed and processing times on the surface texture parameters of 304 stainless steel were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of laser power,texture depth and texture width increase.With the increase of scanning speed,texture depth first increases and then decreases,texture width first decreases and then increases.With the increase of processing times,texture depth first increases and then decreases,and texture width first decreases and then increases.Through analysis,the main factors affecting the surface texture size of 304 stainless steel are:laser energy density,energy accumulation per unit area,plasma shielding effect,defocusing amount,etc.
