Improving the stratification system of the New Third Board can better solve the"financing difficulty"problem of small,medium and micro enterprises.The key to the perfection of stratification system lies in the setting of stratification standard.With the help of quantitative rating model,this paper analyzes high-quality enterprises on the New Third Board,and refines the appropriate layering standards for the New Third Board,so as to provide suggestions for the next step of the layering system reform and optimization.
