新农科背景下产教融合人才培养途径的探索与实践——以河南牧业经济学院动物生产类专业为例

The Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Talents with Integration of Production and Education under the Background of New Agricultural Sciences:Taking Animal Production Specialty of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy As an Example

针对新农科建设要求,分析了当前动物生产类专业人才培养中存在的问题,并以河南牧业经济学院动物生产类专业实施的产教融合校企合作项目为例,阐述了通过企业深度参与人才培养课程建设、项目开发、教学团队共建、实训基地共享共用、共建产业学院、共同研发产品等途径,如何完善产教融合、校企合作协同育人模式。

In view of the new agricultural science construction request,has analyzed the current animal production specialized personnel training existence question,as an example,the project of cooperation between schools and enterprises for the integration of production and education,which is implemented by the Animal Production Specialty of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy,this paper expounds the ways of deep participation of enterprises in the construction of talent training courses,the development of projects,the co-construction of teaching teams,the sharing of training bases,the co-construction of industrial colleges,and the joint research and development of products,etc.,how to perfect the mode of integration of production and education and cooperation between school and Enterprise.
