摘要
采用问卷调查法调查大学生网络社交和心理健康自评情况,结果表明:大学生最常用的社交软件是微信、QQ等;大部分学生每天的网络社交时间在0.5到3小时之间,约30%在3小时以上;绝大部分学生的网络社交在熟人间进行;超过一半的学生自评有不同程度的心理健康问题。应通过合理控制大学生网络社交时间、加强对大学生心理健康问题的关注、对网络社交空间进行监督管理以及对大学生进行网络安全教育等措施来加以应对。
Questionnaires are used to understand the college students'online social behaviors and their self-assessments of mental health.A survey of 377 college students shows that We Chat and QQ are the most frequently used online social media.Most of the students spend from half to three hours per day on online social media while 30%of them spend more than three hours.Most of the students only chat with their acquaintances.More than half of them have different levels of mental health problems.In order to solve this problem,different methods like controlling the amount of time students spend socializing online,paying more attention to the mental problems of college students,strengthening the supervision and management of cyberspace and giving network security education to students should be used.
