工作家庭冲突对农村中小学教师工作满意度的影响:组织承诺的中介和调节作用

摘要 为探讨农村中小学教师工作家庭冲突对工作满意度的影响及其影响机制,采用问卷调查法对263名农村中小学教师进行调查。结果显示:工作家庭冲突能间接地通过组织承诺对工作满意度产生影响;组织承诺显著地调节了工作家庭冲突与工作满意度的关系,在低组织承诺水平下工作家庭冲突对工作满意度的预测作用较强,而在高组织承诺水平下工作家庭冲突对工作满意度的预测作用较弱。 To explore the impact of work-family conflict on job satisfaction and its influencing mechanism among rural primary and secondary school teachers,a questionnaire survey method was conducted on 263 rural primary and secondary school teachers.The results show that:(1)Work-family conflict can indirectly affect job satisfaction through organizational commitment;(2)Organizational commitment significantly regulates the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction,and work-family conflict at low levels of organizational commitment has a strong predictive effect on job satisfaction,while work-family conflict has a weaker predictive effect on job satisfaction under high organizational commitment levels.
