摘要
为研究超声波辅助溶剂法提取黄刺玫籽油的工艺条件,并比较不同提取方法对油脂品质的影响,试验以石油醚作为提取溶剂,在单因素试验基础上选取3个主要影响因素(超声功率、超声时间及超声温度)进行响应面Box-Behnken试验设计,确定超声波辅助提取黄刺玫籽油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为料液比1︰8(g/mL)、超声温度45℃、超声功率350 W、超声时间40 min。在此条件下,提取率为7.12%±0.14%。与溶剂萃取法、水酶法相比,超声波辅助法提取得到的黄刺玫籽油水分及挥发物质量分数、过氧化值最低,VA和VE质量分数最高,超声波辅助法更适宜黄刺玫籽油的提取。
The process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction of Rosa xanthina Seed Oil were studied,and the effects of different extraction methods(solvent extraction method,aqueous enzymatic method and ultrasound-assisted extraction)on the quality of oil were researched.The petroleum ether was used as the extraction solvent.Statistical optimization was successfully applied to determine the optimal condition.Three parameters including ultrasonic power,ultrasonic extraction time and ultrasonic extraction temperature were screened,using the single-factor experiment and further optimized by the Box-Behnken.The results showed that the optimal condition was as follows:ratio of material to liquid 1︰8(g/mL),ultrasonic temperature 45℃,ultrasonic power 350 W and ultrasonic time 40 min.The yield of Rosa Xanthina seed oil reached 7.12%±0.14%under the optimal extraction condition.Compared with the solvent extraction method and aqueous enzymatic method,the ultrasound-assisted extraction method could reduce the peroxide value and moisture and volatiles,but increase the content of VA and VE.The ultrasound-assisted extraction method was more suitable for the extraction of Rosa xanthina seed oil.
