摘要 为提高果蔬膨化设备控制系统的可靠性、抗干扰能力及控制系统的可扩展能力,设计一款基于PLC和触摸屏相结合的果蔬膨化控制系统。介绍果蔬膨化设备的主要机械部分及工艺流程,针对果蔬膨化工艺流程设计控制系统硬件结构,硬件结构主要包括PLC和触摸屏,利用PLC实现设备的自动化控制及数据采集,利用触摸屏完成数据监控以及参数设置及命令的下发。在硬件基础上,设计控制系统软件。该控制系统硬件结构简单,抗干扰能力强,能够根据果蔬膨化设备的不同工艺要求实现硬件的扩展及软件更新。 In order to improve the reliability,anti-interference ability and expansibility of the control system of fruit and vegetable expansion equipment,a fruit and vegetable expansion control system based on PLC and touch screen is designed.The main mechanical parts and technological process of fruit and vegetable expansion equipment are introduced.The hardware structure of the control system is designed for the fruit and vegetable expansion process.The hardware structure mainly includes PLC and touch screen.PLC is used to realize the automatic control and data acquisition of the equipment,and the touch screen is used to complete the data monitoring,parameter setting and command issuing.On the basis of hardware,the control system software is designed.The control system has simple hardware structure and strong anti-interference ability.It can realize hardware expansion and software update according to different process requirements of fruit and vegetable puffing equipment.
