摘要
通过有限元方法对4000 m^(3)丙烷球罐进行力学特性研究,重点分析了球罐整体结构在不同工况下的整体受力情况,并通过应力分类和强度评定,对危险部位进行强度校核。与常规设计方法对比,基于有限元法的球罐整体受力分析,能够得到更全面的球罐应力分布,并通过应力评定,对薄弱点进行了更详细的分析。
The mechanical properties of 4000 m^(3) propane spherical tank were studied by finite element method.The stress on the whole structure of the spherical tank was mainly studied,and through the stress classification and strength evaluation,intensity was checked on the dangerous parts.Compared with the conventional design method,the stress analysis of spherical tank based on finite element method can get a more comprehensive stress distribution of spherical tank,and the strength of weak points is analyzed through stress evaluation.
