电化学阻抗谱技术在原油管道防腐中的应用

Application of Electrochemical Impedance Spectrum Technology in Anti-corrosion of Crude Oil Pipelines

文中利用成套的EIS快速腐蚀检测设备,根据油田生产特点,选取3种较常见的缓蚀剂使用情况,通过对实验结果的分析,验证了电化学阻抗谱技术在原油缓蚀剂效果评价、注入浓度筛选和药剂型号筛选工作中的应用效果,分析了该技术在药剂验收和在线腐蚀检测工作中的应用。

According to the characteristics of oil field production,this paper selected three common corrosion inhibitor use scenarios with a complete set of EIS rapid corrosion detection equipment.This paper verified the application effect of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in the effect evaluation of corrosion inhibitor for crude oil,injection concentration screening and reagent model screening via the analysis of the experimental results summarized the application of this technology in chemical acceptance and online corrosion detection.
