摘要
对腐蚀管道进行可靠性评估时,影响管道腐蚀速率的不确定性因素较多。为了得到影响管道失效的关键因素,采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟腐蚀尺寸和管道特性的不确定性因素影响下油气管道的失效概率,得到管道随时间变化的失效曲线。利用Matlab模拟随机参数影响下管道的腐蚀发展过程,结果表明腐蚀深度和径向腐蚀速率变异系数是影响管道可靠性的关键因素。
When evaluating the reliability of corroded pipeline,there are many uncertain factors affecting the corrosion rate of pipeline.In order to obtain the key factors affecting the failure of pipeline.Monte-Carlo method was used to simulate the failure probability of oil and gas pipelines under the influence of the uncertainty factors of corrosion size and pipeline characteristics,and the pipeline failure curve with time was obtained.Matlab was used to simulate the corrosion development process of pipeline under the influence of random parameters.The results show that corrosion depth and the variation coefficient of radial corrosion rate are two key factors affecting pipeline reliability.
