鼠疫耶尔森菌吸入感染动物模型研究进展

摘要 鼠疫是由鼠疫耶尔森菌感染引起的烈性传染病。在鼠疫已知的三种临床分型中,以气溶胶形式传播的肺鼠疫最为致命。开展肺鼠疫致病机制与防治研究需要稳定可靠的鼠疫耶尔森菌吸入感染动物模型。有报道构建鼠疫耶尔森菌吸入感染动物模型的攻毒方式多种多样,不同攻毒方式下建立的各种肺鼠疫动物模型展现出不同的特点。该文综述了鼠疫耶尔森菌吸入感染动物模型的研究进展。 Plague is an infectious disease caused by Yersinia pestis infection.Among the three forms of the disease,pneumonic plague transmitted by aerosols causes the highest mortality.In order to investigate Y.testis′s pathogenesis mechanism and develop prophylactic and therapeutic strategies against pneumonic plague,a reliable animal model of inhalational Y.pestis is indispensable.Here,we have summarized the various routes and kinds of animals that are commonly used for inhalational Y.pestis infection,compared their strengths and weaknesses in the hope of providing a guide for studies on animal models of inhalational Y.pestis infection.
