球磨机大齿轮断齿焊接修复探索与应用

Exploration and Application of Welding Repair for Broken Teeth of Big Gear of Ball Mill

引起球磨机大齿轮断齿的原因很多,其主要原因为球磨机出厂制造时应力不均匀和连续运行多年后齿轮磨损造成应力逐渐增加,最后导致齿轮断齿。本文通过对火力发电厂机组球磨机大齿轮断齿进行综合分析,最终采用焊接堆焊方式成功修复球磨机大齿轮,并经过近2年的运行实践证明,采用焊接修复的球磨机大齿轮是能长期、可靠运行的。

There are many reasons for the broken teeth of the big gear of the ball mill.The main reasons are the uneven stress when the ball mill is manufactured,and the stress gradually increases due to the wear of the gear after many years of continuous operation,which finally leads to the broken teeth of the gear.In this paper,through the comprehensive analysis of the broken teeth of the big gear of the ball mill in thermal power plant,the big gear of the ball mill is repaired successfully by welding surfacing.After nearly two years of operation practice,it is proved that the big gear of the ball mill repaired by welding can run reliably for a long time.
