摘要
在离心式风机风门绞车的控制系统中,因为反向风门绞车设计初衷与实际工作情况存在差异,所以在实际作业中会出现风门方向与运动方向相反的情况发生。不仅会使反向吸风的操作时间延长,还会让矿井作业危险性增加,威胁到矿工生命安全。所以,本文对离心式风机风门绞车控制系统提出改造思路,减少操作工人误操作频率,还可以避免危险情况的发生。
In the control system of the damper winch of centrifugal fan,because the original design intention of the reverse damper winch is different from the actual working situation,the damper direction will be opposite to the moving direction in the actual operation.It will not only prolong the operation time of reverse air suction,but also increase the risk of mine operation and threaten the life safety of miners.Therefore,this paper puts forward the transformation idea of the control system of the air door winch of the centrifugal fan,so as to reduce the misoperation frequency of the operators and avoid the occurrence of dangerous situations.
