摘要
卷板机广泛应用在压力容器,深潜器风力发电和国防等行业,卷板机的工作原理是三点成圆。在四辊卷板机三个辊加工过程中,需要经常切换升降前后辊的数值,工序比较繁琐。同时因为板材自身的重力影响,在切换过程中会因为板材的自身重力过大同时弯矩增加,使受到塑性变形板材的圆弧出现变形。当四辊卷板机用四个辊子加工工艺加工板材时,不会出现切换前后辊的情况,同时因为有前后辊为支持点使弯矩变小,减小了板材因弯矩过大的影响,提高了工作效率和板材的成型质量。
Plate bending machine is widely used in pressure vessel,deep submersible wind power generation,national defense and other industries,and its working principle is that any three points can be connected into a circle.In the process of machining three rolls of four-roll plate bending machine,it is necessary to switch the values of the front and rear rolls frequently,and the process is cumbersome.At the same time,due to the influence of the gravity of the plate,the bending moment will increase due to the excessive gravity of the plate itself in the switching process,and the circular arc of the plastically deformed plate will be deformed.When the four-roll plate bending machine uses the four-roll processing technology to process the plate,there will be no switching between the front and rear rolls.At the same time,because the front and rear rolls are the supporting points,the bending moment becomes smaller,which reduces the influence of excessive bending moment of the plate and improves the working efficiency and the forming quality of the plate.
