摘要
连续采煤机起源于二十世纪四十年代的美国,至今已历经近七十年的发展历程,这个技术也是在渐渐的完善发展。在二十世纪六十年代之前,这一项技术工作方面主要是使用于房柱式的采煤,在此之后的这些年中,首先是美国将这项技术进行推广,并且使用在巷道的快速掘进方面上,现如今,这项技术已经在很多的国家进行了推广以及使用。在二十世纪九十年代之后,我国的许多矿井都已经渐渐的开始采纳连续采煤机,并且已经可以对连续采煤机进行我国自行的研制以及改进,现如今,我国的技术已经是十分的成熟了。鉴于此,通过研究中国神华神东煤炭集团的哈拉沟煤矿1-2上的煤掘进工作面的煤层的赋存的状况,本篇文章主要介绍了连续采煤机掘进巷道的操作的方式以及工艺技术,能够更加的有利于提高巷道单进水平以及施工的效率,也可以有效提高采煤机等设备的运行效率,更有助于工作面的安全作业,最终实现既安全又有效的掘进操作。
Continuous miner originated in the United States in the 1940s,and has experienced nearly 70 years of development,and this technology is gradually improving and developing.Before 1960s,this technical work was mainly used in room-and-pillar coal mining.In the following years,the United States first popularized this technology and applied it to the rapid excavation of roadways.Now,this technology has been popularized and used in many countries.After 1990s,many mines in China have gradually adopted continuous miner,and it has been possible to develop and improve continuous miner by our own.Now,our technology is very mature.In view of this,by studying the coal seam occurrence status of the coal heading face on Halagou Coal Mine 1-2 of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group of China,this paper mainly introduces the operation mode and technology of the continuous miner tunneling roadway,which can be more conducive to improving the single entry level of the roadway and the construction efficiency,and can also ensure the safe production of the working face and the efficient operation of the equipment,so as to achieve safe and fast tunneling operation.
