气相色谱法检测车用汽油中的含氧化合物 被引量:1

Determination of Oxygen-containing Compounds in Motor Gasoline by Gas Chromatography

摘要 本文采用附有十通阀的双柱气相色谱仪检测汽油中的含氧化合物,设定了色谱分析条件并对其进行优化测试,以确定合适的进样口温度、程序升温条件、内标物以及阀切换时间等,将标准物质的峰面积与浓度比绘制标准曲线,根据内标物质量,依次定量样品中的甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等12种含氧化合物。结果表明该方法分离度和准确度高、重复性好、分析速度快(一个分析周期只需16.5min)。 This article adopts the double column gas chromatograph with 10 valve testing oxygen containing compounds in gasoline,the chromatographic conditions were set and carried on the optimization test to determine the appropriate sample mouth temperature,programmed temperature conditions,internal standard substance and valve switch time.The standard curve of the standard substance of peak area and concentration ratio was drawed,according to the quality of internal standard substance,in turn,quantitative methanol ethanol in the samples.The results show that the method has high separation and accuracy,good repeatability and fast analysis speed(one analysis cycle only takes 16.5min).
