勃起功能障碍中西医融合药物治疗专家共识 被引量:24

摘要 勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)是指阴茎持续不能达到或维持足够的勃起硬度以完成满意的性生活,病程在3个月以上[1]。国内流行病学调查显示ED总患病率为26.1%,其中40岁以上的男性患病率约为40%[2-3]。中医学将本病称为"不起"、"阴痿"、"阴器不用"、"阳不举"、"筋痿"等。历代医家对此病进行了大量的论述,并积累了丰富的临床经验。
