大跨径预应力装配式钢桥架设过程技术研究

摘要 文章以快速抢通在震中损毁的大跨度桥梁为背景,针对ZB-200型装配式公路钢桥在架设双层三排加强型大跨径预应力桥梁过程中存在的问题,结合工程实际,对架设过程中变截面处的弯矩、剪力、桥跨悬出端抗倾覆稳定性、主桁下弦杆局部弯曲应力进行了验算,最终确定架设方案。对于扩大现有装备的使用范围,提高大跨度江河应急保障能力具有重要现实意义。 Based on the background of quick overhaul of the long-span bridge damaged in the epicenter,this paper aims at the problems of the ZB-200 prefabricated highway steel bridge in the process of erecting the double-layer three-row reinforced large-span prestressed bridge.During the erection process,the bending moment and shear force at the variable cross-section,the overturning stability of the overhanging end of the bridge span,and the local bending stress of the lower chord of the main truss were checked,and the erection scheme was finally determined.It is of great practical significance to expand the scope of use of existing equipment and improve the emergency support capabilities of large-span rivers.
