摘要
随着电力电子技术的快速发展,推挽电路作为一种适合用于中功率等级的拓扑,已被广泛应用于开关电源设计领域。软开关技术可以降低高频电源的开关损耗,从而实现开关电源中磁元件小型化。根据目前推挽拓扑的ZVS软开关技术发展,从使用开关管数量的角度进行分类和介绍几种拓扑,并分析ZVS软开关技术的原理。
With the rapid development of power electronics technology,push-pull circuits,as a topology suitable for medium power levels,have been widely used in the field of switching power supply design.Soft switching technology can reduce the switching loss of high-frequency power supplies,thus achieving miniaturization of magnetic components in switching power supplies.According to the current development of ZVS soft switching technology of push-pull topology,classification and introduction are made from the perspective of the number of switching tubes used,and the principle of ZVS soft-switching technology is analyzed.
