摘要
文章研究了时效温度对TC18钛合金型材显微组织、力学性能和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,对于热挤压成形的U型材,采用750℃/30min/AC+585℃/6h/AC固溶时效处理后,力学性能和冲击韧性可达到最佳匹配。
The effects of aging temperature on the microstructure,mechanical properties and impact toughness of TC18 titanium alloy profiles were studied.The results show that for the U-type profile formed by hot extrusion,the mechanical properties and impact toughness can reach the best match after solution aging treatment at 750℃/30min/AC+585℃/6h/AC.
