混合停车场停车计费策略设计研究

摘要 为规范停车场有序停车,促进停车位的高效使用,文章针对混合停车场提出了一种全新的停车计费策略。该策略综合考量停车场的运营历史数据,结合停车场运营峰谷情况,分段区别计费;同时,针对违规乱停占用的现象,采用基于惩罚系数复合计费的规则。该策略既保证了规范停车和车主的服务体验感,又采用峰谷时段区别计费,能有效减少车位占用时间,合理释放空闲停车位,提高了社会资源利用率,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In order to manage the parking lot efficiently,this paper proposes a new power charging and parking billing strategy for hybrid parking lot.This strategy comprehensively considers the historical data of the parking lot operation,combines the peak and valley situation of the parking lot operation,and distinguishes the charging by segments;at the same time,in view of the phenomenon of illegal parking and occupation,the compound charging rule based on penalty coefficient is adopted.This strategy not only ensures the service experience of standardized parking and car owners,but also adopts peakvalley time differential billing,which can effectively reduce the occupation time of parking spaces,reasonably release free parking spaces,improve the utilization rate of social resources,and has high promotion and application value.
