设计变更、现场签证对输变电工程造价的影响

随着我国基建发展的日益火热,各种工程如雨后春笋般涌现出来,设计变更和现场签证在控制工程造价过程中起着重要作用。在实际工程中,要严格控制好设计变更和工程现场签证的发生,最终才能在工程结算中对工程造价的整体投资起到控制作用。文章以输变电工程为例,提出了通过加强设计变更和现场签证的实施,从而起到控制工程造价的作用,最后达到提高输变电工程建设管理精益化水平的目的。

With the increasingly hot development of infrastructure in China,a variety of projects emerged like mushrooms after a spring rain.Design change and on-site license signing play an important role in the process of controlling project cost.In the actual project,we must strictly control the design change and on-sitelicense signing,and finally can control the overall investment of the project cost in the project settlement.Taking the power transmission and transformation project as examples,this paper proposes to control the cost of the project by strengthening the implementation of design change and on-sitelicensesigning,and finally improve the lean level of the construction management of the power transmission and transformation project.
