In order to improve and guide enterprises to firmly establish the concept of safety production and promote enterprises to realize safety production,this article introduces the safety management process of the enterprise,summarizes and condenses various management measures,and forms management methods and strategies to realize long-term safety production.The research results show that the effective implementation of systematic and standardized safety management mode and the solid development of safety culture construction can provide a positive reference for promoting and improving the safety management level of major enterprises.
