大学生创业教育长效机制构建研究

Research on the Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Education

大学生创业教育是一项长期且复杂的系统工程。大学生创业教育体系已经日趋完善,但是持续性的长效机制尚未形成。文章总结了中国创业教育的现状,归纳了大学生创业教育中存在的定位不明确、扶持体系不完善、指导教师专业性不强、专创融合程度不高、政府和企业参与度不够、扶持可持续性不够的问题,分析了建立长效机制的必要性,提出了构建大学生创业教育要从强化政府导向、完善高校创业教育课程体系、融合企业行业联动、建立长期有效的可持续发展的长效机制的具体措施。

Entrepreneurship education for college students is a long-term and complex system project.The entrepreneurial education system for college students has been perfected day by day,but a sustainable long-term mechanism has not yet been formed.This paper summarizes the current situation of entrepreneurship education in China,and summarizes the unclear positioning,imperfect support system,poor professionalism of instructors,low integration of expertise,insufficient government and enterprise participation,and sustainable support in entrepreneurship education for college students.The necessity of establishing a long-term mechanism is analyzed.It is proposed that the construction of entrepreneurship education for college students should include strengthening the government’s guidance,improving the curriculum system of college entrepreneurship education,integrating enterprise industry linkages,and establishing a long-term effective long-term mechanism for sustainable development.
