现代学徒制背景下学生身体素质培养路径分析

城市轨道交通作为关系到我国人民日常出行的重要民生工程,对保障人民的日常工作和生活尤为重要。而随着城市轨道交通的发展,必然需要各类专业人才,最为关键的就是具有良好身体素质以及专业技能的运营管理人员。但是,通过观察城市交通运营管理专业学生的实际情况,可以清晰地发现学生的身体素质往往较差,虽然其专业技能尚可,而身体素质无法满足相关工作的要求。所以,就有必要加强对学生的身体素质培养工作,使其可以更好地满足工作需求。因此,本文首先将分析目前我国城市轨道交通运营管理专业的体育教育现状,然后详细阐述培养城市轨道交通运营管理专业学生身体素质的具体措施,希望可以为相关体育教师提供有用的参考。

Urban rail transit,as an important livelihood project related to people’s daily travel,is particularly important to protect people’s daily work and life.With the development of urban rail transit,all kinds of professionals are needed.The most important thing is the operation and management personnel with good physical quality and professional skills.However,by observing the actual situation of students majoring in urban traffic operation and management,we can clearly find that the physical quality of students is often poor,although their professional skills are acceptable,but their physical quality can not meet the requirements of related work.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training of students’physical quality,so that they can better meet the needs of work.Therefore,this paper will first analyze the current situation of physical education of urban rail transit operation management major in China,and then elaborate the specific measures to cultivate the physical quality of urban rail transit operation management major students,hoping to provide useful reference for relevant physical education teachers.
