高职院校以劳动教育铸就“工匠精神”的实践探索

Let Labor Education Escort the Cultivation of“Craftsman Spirit”in Higher Vocational Colleges

“工匠精神”自2016年至今已五次被写入国务院政府工作报告,“劳动教育”必修课程也被明确要求设立。高职院校学生“工匠精神”的培育,离不开“劳动教育”课程的夯基与促进,两者是一脉相连的。要通过营造“劳动创造未来”的自信文化,融合劳动教育与工匠精神课程,建立劳动实践场所和基地等途径,真正实现劳动教育对“工匠精神”培育的保驾护航作用,让更多的高职学生早日从一线劳动者锤炼成工匠精英。
