高职院校以劳动教育铸就“工匠精神”的实践探索 被引量:6

摘要 “工匠精神”自2016年至今已五次被写入国务院政府工作报告,“劳动教育”必修课程也被明确要求设立。高职院校学生“工匠精神”的培育,离不开“劳动教育”课程的夯基与促进,两者是一脉相连的。要通过营造“劳动创造未来”的自信文化,融合劳动教育与工匠精神课程,建立劳动实践场所和基地等途径,真正实现劳动教育对“工匠精神”培育的保驾护航作用,让更多的高职学生早日从一线劳动者锤炼成工匠精英。 The“craftsman spirit”has been included into the State Council’s government work report five times since 2016.The“labor education”compulsory course was clearly required to be established.The cultivation of the“craftsman spirit”of students in higher vocational colleges is inseparable from the foundation and promotion of“labor education”courses.The two are connected in a continuous line.It is necessary to establish self-confidence in labor creation,integrate labor education and craftsman training courses,establish labor practice sites and bases and so on,so as to truly realize the role of labor education in escorting the cultivation of“craftsman spirit”and make more professional vocational students will soon be tempered from front-line workers to craftsmen elite.
