摘要
"职教20条"背景下,高职院校高层次师资队伍是高职院校分阶段逐层深化内涵建设的重要途径之一。针对专业建设的主线、教学改革的突破口、专业群建设的重点,全面提升高职院校高层次师资队伍的素质和能力,以工商企业管理专业群为例,进行了实践探索,根据师资队伍建设的改革核心,结合广东省各高职院校的具体举措,详细分析了人事制度改革办法,实践证明,专业群师资队伍建设的实施对优化高职院校师资队伍结构,转变用人制度,推动师资队伍建设的可持续发展发挥了积极的作用。
Under the background of“20 Items of Vocational Education”,the establishment of high-level teaching staff in vocational colleges is one of the important ways to deepen their connotation construction step by step.In view of the main line of disciplinary construction,the breakthrough of teaching reformation and the construction of specialty group,the comprehensive improvement of the quality and ability of high-level teachers in vocational colleges.This paper takes the specialty group of business administration as an example to carry out the practical exploration,according to implement contents of the construction of the teaching staff and referring to specific measures of each vocational college in Guangdong Province,the paper has analyzed measures for implement on personnel system reform in great detail.Experience has proved that the implement of the construction of the teaching staff has played an active role in optimizing vocational colleges’staff structure,shifting the mechanism of talents,propelling the sustainable development of talent teams.
