摘要
获得感是检验教学质量的重要指标,在大学生就业指导教学中,"提升获得感"应该成为任课教师和课程教学的追求。教师要把脉学生的发展需求和心理期待,在教育理念、内容选择、教学设计、实践活动等方面下足功夫:以转变理念为前提,提高需要的契合度;以教学内容为重点,提高供给的精准度;以教学设计为关键,提高学生的参与度;以实践活动为保障,提升教学的有效度,从而最终在实践中践行以生为本,提升大学生的课程学习获得感。
Sense of acquisition is an important index to test teaching quality,in the college employment guidance teaching,“enhancing the sense of acquisition”should be the pursuit of teachers and course teaching.Teachers should take into account the development needs and expectations of students,work on it from such four aspects as teaching concept,content choice,teaching design and practical activity:changing the concept to the fit of the students’need;focusing on teaching content to improve the accuracy of supply;taking teaching design as the key to improve students’participation and taking practical activities as a guarantee to improve the effectiveness of teaching so that the concept of student-oriented and sense of acquisition finally comes true in teaching practice.
