摘要
用稀释接种法测定BOD_(5)标准样品的含量,研究不同接种液对BOD_(5)测定结果的影响。研究结果表明,实验室自制的接种液H2(花园土浸出液,35℃~37℃培养24 h)和H3(金鱼水加淘米水5∶1混合,35℃~37℃培养24 h),在每升稀释水添加量为30 ml时,在BOD_(5)含量分别为74.7±4.9和123±8 mg/L的BOD_(5)标准品测定中均能够达到要求,而接种液H1(花园土浸出液,未培养)处理下的样品,均不能达到要求的浓度范围。市场购买的BOD_(5)接种液,在每升稀释水中加入3 ml接种液时,标准样品BOD_(5)含量为74.7±4.9 mg/L的检测结果均在浓度范围。
The dilution inoculation method was used to determine the content of BOD5 standard samples,and the influence of different inoculum on the results of BOD_(5)determination was studied.Research indicates that the Laboratory-made inoculum H2(garden soil extract,cultivated at 35℃~37℃for 24 h)and H3(mixed goldfish water with rice water for 5∶1,cultivated at 35℃~37℃for 24 h),when 30 ml of inoculum was added to each liter of dilution water,BOD_(5)content of 74.7±4.9 and 123±8 mg/L can be accurately determination,while the samples treated with inoculum solution named H1(garden soil extract,uncultured)cannot determination accurately.For BOD_(5)inoculum purchased on the market,the results of the standard sample BOD_(5)content of 74.7±4.9 mg/L can determination accurately when 3 ml of inoculum was added to each liter of dilution water.
