摘要
为确保普溪河渡槽槽身预拱度满足设计需要,针对混凝土浇筑过程、预应力张拉过程、底模板拆除过程、渡槽静载过程等施工、运行各阶段中存在的变形问题,设置观测点进行观测分析。结果表明,拱度监测变化均在设计理论值范围内。同时根据监测结果,在施工后期,槽身预拱度由+55 mm调整至+45 mm,保证了渡槽的施工质量,达到理想的通水条件,可在同类型渡槽的施工中推广应用。
In order to ensure that the prearch degree of Puxi river aqueduct body meets the design requirements,observation points are set for the deformation problems existing in the construction and operation stages,such as concrete casting process,prestressed tension process,bottom formwork removal process,aqueduct static load process,etc.The results show that the changes of arch degree monitoring are all within the design theoretical range,and according to the monitoring results,the pre-arch degree of the trough body is adjusted from+55mm to+45mm in the late construction period,which ensures the construction quality of the aqueduct and achieves the ideal water supply conditions,and can be popularized and applied in the construction of the same type of aqueduct.
