基于响应面法的型钢混凝土闸墩损伤可靠度分析

摘要 为分析型钢混凝土闸墩在不同损伤程度下的可靠度,采用刚度面积折减法对闸墩进行损伤模拟,并利用ANSYS概率设计模块中的响应面法来拟合响应面方程作为闸墩的功能函数,结合JC法计算闸墩的可靠指标,以及通过灵敏度图研究闸墩型钢尺寸、型钢屈服强度、混凝土抗压强度对闸墩可靠度的敏感性。结果表明,闸墩出现损伤后计算得到的可靠指标会下降,且下降幅度随损伤程度的加大而增大。此外,可将损伤程度达20%作为闸墩需要加固维修的参考依据。 In order to analyze the reliability of steel reinforced concrete piers under different damage degrees,the stiffness area reduction method is used to simulate the damage of the piers,and the response surface methodology in the ANSYS probabilistic design module is used to fit the response surface equation as the function of the piers,combined with the JC method to calculate the reliability index of the piers,and through the sensitivity diagram to study the sensitivity of size of section steel and its yield strength and the compressive strength of concrete to the reliability of the piers.The results show that the reliability index calculated after the damage of the gate pier will decrease,and the extent of the decrease will increase with the increase of the degree of damage.In addition,20%of the damage can be used as a reference for pier reinforcement and maintenance.
