摘要
用乙醇室温浸泡提取苦木,浓缩乙醇后得到提取物,提取物经酸溶碱沉后,用乙酸乙酯萃取碱水液,浓缩乙酸乙酯得到总生物碱。总碱通过硅胶柱层析分离纯化,得到一化合物,经核磁鉴定为苦木酮。对苦木中苦木酮的含量进行了测定,并对苦木酮进行了人源肠内菌转化研究,结果显示苦木酮在人源肠道微生物及微生物分泌的酶作用下发生结构变化,转化成活性增强的苦木碱丁。
The plant of Picrasma quassioides(D.Don)Benn.was extracted with ethanol.The concentrated extract was dissolved in aqueous hydrochloric acid solution,and then basified and partitioned with EtOAc to obtain crude alkaloids after ethyl acetate removal.The crude alkaloids was purified by silica gel column chromatography,and the compound was designated as 4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-dione based on nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).After biotransformation by human intestinal flora,4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-dione was transformed into 4,5-dimethoxycanthin-6-one.
