摘要
当铝合金样品中的镍质量分数≥5.0%~30%时,采用丁二酮肟重量法测定铝合金中镍的含量。其方法原理是,在乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,用亚硫酸钠将铁还原至二价,用酒石酸作络合剂,在pH9.0~10.0时,镍和丁二酮肟生成沉淀,与铁、钴、铜、锰、铬、钼、钨、钒等元素分离,丁二酮肟镍经105℃±5℃烘干并称至恒量。论文对所用仪器设备、试剂、试样、分析步骤、共存离子干扰试验及样品分析等进行了试验,方法具有分析结果准确、设备简单、操作方便的优点,该方法适用于作为铝合金中镍含量的分析方法。
When the mass fraction of nickel in the aluminum alloy is greater than or equal to 5.0%to 30%,the dimethylglyoxime gravimetric method can be used to determine the nickel content in the aluminum alloy.The principle of the method is as follows:in the ammonium acetate buffer solution,sodium sulfite is used to reduce iron to divalent,and tartaric acid is used as a complexing agent;nickel and dimethylglyoxime form precipitates at pH 9.0 to 10.0,and are separated from elements such as iron,cobalt,copper,manganese,chromium,molybdenum,tungsten,vanadium,etc.;then dimethylglyoxime nickel is dried at 105℃±5℃and weighed to constant quantity.The paper tests the instruments,reagents,samples,analysis steps,and coexisting ion interference of the method.The method has the advantages of accurate analysis results,simple equipment and convenient operation.The method is suitable for the analysis of nickel content in aluminum alloy.
