电动应急救援装甲车车身结构与设备布置研究

摘要 为了使具备防护能力的退役63式履带装甲车再利用,适用于生产安全事故、自然灾害等突发状况的抢险救援,去掉退役车辆的武装系统、排气系统以及其他不必要的车身结构,仅保留装甲车身、履带行走系统及机械传动系,再制造成一款全电驱动应急救援车。通过制定车身结构及设备布置方案,建立三维仿真模型,充分利用车顶空间,合理设计并布置设备,使驾驶视野更开阔,有效实现车内温度可控以及实时监控并储存行驶环境的功能。 In order to reuse the decommissioned type 63 tracked armored vehicle with the capability of protection,and to make it suitable for emergency rescue in production safety accidents and natural disasters,the armored vehicle is remanufactured into an electric emergency rescue vehicle after removing its weapon system,exhaust system and other unnecessary parts,while retaining its armored body,tracks and mechanical drive system.Through formulating the scheme of the vehicle body structure and equipment layout,establishing the three-dimensional model,making full use of the roof space,and reasonably designing and arranging the vehicle parts,the vision for driving is broadened,the temperature inside the vehicle is controlled,and real-time monitoring and recording of the driving environment is realized.
