摘要
根据标准GB150—2011《压力容器》,使用SW6-2011和ANSYS14.5对承受-0.1 MPa的大直径多开孔法兰进行了结构强度计算和有限元分析,验证了法兰开孔布局的合理性,得出了厚度最优解、位移云图和应力云图,经实际使用后证实计算结果满足实际使用需求。
According to the national standard GB 150-2011,using SW6-2011 and ANSYS14.5,we carried out structural strength calculation and finite element analysis of the large-diameter multiple-opening flange subjected to-0.1 MPa negative pressure,and verified the rationality of the layout of the openings.The optimal thickness solution,displacement atlas and stress atlas were obtained,and the calculated results were verified to meet the practical application requirements.
