摘要
某铸铁厂生产球磨铸铁产品,超声波探伤检测发现皮下有缺陷,通过对缺陷处扫描电镜及能谱分析、组织分析,确定铸件缺陷为皮下气孔,皮下气孔产生的原因系铁液氧化结皮所致。
Ultrasonic inspection of certain nodular cast iron product found subsurface defect.Through scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis and tissue analysis,it was determined that the defect was subsurface porosity,which was caused by oxidized crust of liquid iron.
