摘要
针对GB 15083—2019中关于行李箱冲击的法规试验进行了介绍,并对评价指标进行了说明。为了满足GB 15083—2019中的法规试验,对某轿车车型的后排座椅结构进行讨论,对原设计方案中导致法规试验失败,不满足法规标准的结构进行分析,提出一种针对于后排座椅的优化方案。该优化方案主要采用结构对称化设计、钢丝结构优化、座椅骨架连接处从卡接式调整成挂钩式结构等方法,提升了结构的抗冲击性。经过CAE仿真分析和现场实车验证,该方案可以实现降本和减重,并满足国标法规试验要求,可以有效地保证后排座椅乘员的安全性,可应用性强,为汽车行业内相关研发人员提供一定的参考。
The regulatory test on luggage impact and evaluation in GB 15083—2019 was introduced.The structure of the sedan rear seat was discussed.The failure of the original design scheme and the failure to meet the regulatory standards of the structure were analyzed.In order to meet the regulatory in GB 15083—2019,an optimization for rear seat was put forward.This optimization mainly adopted the following way:structural symmetry design,steel wire structure optimization,seat frame connection adjustment from clamp type to hook type structure and so on.Through simulation analysis and verification,this optimization can achieve cost reduction and weight reduction.In addition,it can meet the national standards and test requirements.The optimization is applicable,and can effectively ensure the safety of the rear seat occupants.It provides reference for other researchers in automobile industry.
