摘要
随着国内汽车行业对汽车整车可靠性和耐久性的重视的提高,整车及系统零部件结构疲劳耐久试验在整车可靠性开发中的作用也越发凸显。结合液压伺服试验设备建设实践,阐述了常用的液压伺服试验设备类别、设备主要技术指标、试验设备种类选择及流量计算分析方法,并对液压伺服试验设备整体建设提出了一些原则和方法。
With the domestic automobile industry on the vehicle reliability and durability of attaches importance to the increase of the vehicle and structure fatigue test system components in the role of the vehicle reliability development is increasingly highlighted.Combination with hydraulic servo test equipment construction practice,the common hydraulic servo test equipment category,the main technical indexes,test equipment type selection and flow calculation and analysis method were expounded,and some principles and methods for the overall construction of hydraulic servo test equipment were put forward.
