虽然克莱顿·克里斯坦森提出的“颠覆性创新理论”已经非常流行,但其在农业领域的创新研究却非常有限.在深入剖析克里斯坦森的颠覆性创新理论在农业领域应用的局限性及启示的基础上,提出农业颠覆性创新的概念及其特征,并从组织行为模式的角度对农业颠覆性创新的作用机制进行阐述,打破了克里斯坦森提出的“企业-消费者”闭合回路式创新路径,强调政府在农业颠覆性创新中的重要作用。因此,建议政府从供给和需求双侧构建激励和约束并举的支持政策体系,并注重培养颠覆性创新技术所需要的“生态系统”

Although "disruptive innovation theory" proposed by Clayton Christensen has become pretty popular, its innovative research in agriculture is still very limited. Based on profound analysis of the limitations and enlightenment of Christensen’s theory in the agricultural field, the concept and characteristics of agricultural disruptive innovation are put forward for the first time, and the mechanism of agricultural disruptive innovation is expounded from the perspective of organization behavior mode, which breaks through the closed-loop innovation path of "enterprise-consumer" proposed by Christensen, and emphasizes the important role of the governments in the agriculture disruptive innovation. Finally, it is recommended that the government should build a support policy system of incentives and constraints from both sides of supply and demand, and focus on the cultivation of "ecosystem" that the disruptive innovation technologies require.
