农村聘礼的异化与治理——基于微治理的视角

The Alienation and Governance of Rural Betrothal Gift——Based on the Perspective of Micro-governance

聘礼实践有着源远流长的历史,是人类缔结姻亲、建构家庭的重要条件。然而,近年来农村社会聘礼出现了异化现象,高额化严重偏离了聘礼的本质,衍生出一系列社会问题。通过皖北W村的个案分析,我们发现高额彩礼已经造成农村家庭日常生活的解构,具体表现为以家庭关系为主的家庭秩序的解构以及互助互济的家庭福利的解构。为使得农村的高额彩礼回归聘礼的本质,实现家庭日常生活的常态化重构,本文试图从秩序、福利两个层面建构一个由“宏”至“微”的多主体治理体系,从而缓解农村高额彩礼对和谐家庭生活带来冲击.

The practice of betrothal gift has a long history, and it is an important element for mankind to forge marriage and build a family. However, in recent years, the betrothal gift in rural society has been alienated, and the large amount of betrothal gift has been particularly serious, deviating from the nature of the betrothal gift. Through the case analysis of W village in northern Anhui, it was found that the large amount of betrothal gift has caused the deconstruction of the daily life of rural families, which is specifically manifested in the deconstruction of family order based on family relations and the deconstruction of mutual aid family welfare. In order to return the high-stakes betrothal gift in rural areas to the essence and realize the normalized reconstruction of family daily life, this article attempts to construct a multi-agent governance system from "macro" to "micro" in the two aspects of order and welfare so as to alleviate the impact of rural large amount of betrothal gift on harmonious family life.
