地方特色文化在乡村振兴中的价值与提升路径探究——基于对青岛市农民的调研数据

Research on the Value and Promotion Path of Local Characteristic Culture in Rural Vitalization——Based on the survey data of farmers in Qingdao

地方特色文化是推进乡村有效治理的重要资源,是促进乡村产业振兴的驱动要素,是满足农民美好生活需求的精神食粮.但当前地方特色文化价值发挥中存在传承力量缺失、乡土文化式微、文旅融合深度不够、覆盖面不广和持续性不强等问题.地方特色文化应从多元主体共治模式、重视乡土文化的保护与传承、推动乡村特色文化旅游提质升级、多措并举推进地方特色文化活动的常态化等方面进行活化与提升.

Local characteristic culture is an important resource to promote effective rural governance.It is not only the driving factor to promote the revitalization of rural industry,but also the spiritual food to meet the needs of farmers for a better life.However,there are some problems in the value development of local characteristic culture,such as the lack of inheritance power,the decline of local culture,the lack of cultur and tourism.Local characteristic culture needs to be activated and promoted.First of all,a multi-governing model for multiple subjects.Second,attention to the protection and inheritance of rural culture.Third,the quality and upgrading of rural cultural tourism.Fourth,various measures to promote the normalization of local cultural activities.
