智能制造背景下中本贯通人才培养模式研究与实践 被引量:2

A Study on Talent Cultivation of Connection between the Secondary Vocational Education and Undergraduate Vocational Education under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

摘要 智能制造背景下的制造业与信息技术深度融合,推进了新生产方式、新产业形态的发展,对于人才的专业知识、岗位能力和核心素养方面的要求都有了新的变化。中本贯通的人才培养模式匹配了制造业产业升级对技术技能人才层次高位移的需求。在现代职业教育体系的框架下,中本贯通的智能制造人才培养应当打破学科体系,明确以培养应用型工程技术人才为目标,以职业能力持续累加的一体化课程体系为改革载体,以校校合作和校企合作为实践的机制保障。 The deep integration between manufacturing industry and information technology under the background of intelligent manufacturing has promoted the development of new production mode and new industry pattern.It has also changed the talents'professional knowledge,post capacity and core literacy.The talent cultivation model which is characterized by the connection between the secondary vocational education and undergraduate vocational Education has matched the demand for technical and skilled talents by the industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry.Under the framework of modern vocational education system,the cultivation model of skilled talents for intelligent manufacturing which is characterized by the connection between the secondary vocational education and undergraduate vocational education should break the limit of discipline system,aim at cultivating applied engineering and technical personnel,take the integrated curriculum system where vocational abilities can be accumulated constantly as the reform carrier and regard both the school-school cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation as mechanism guarantee of the practice.
