黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同对烟草青枯病及根际土壤细菌群落的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为研究黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同对烟草青枯病及根际土壤细菌群落的影响,采用随机区组试验,调查了烟草青枯病田间发病情况,并对根际土壤样品中细菌16S rRNA基因的V4区进行扩增和高通量测序,分析各处理细菌群落结构。结果表明:①移栽120 d后,黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同处理烟草青枯病发病率和病情指数显著降低。②黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同处理可显著提高根际土壤细菌群落观测物种数(Observed_species)、香农指数(Shannon index)和辛普森指数(Simpson index)。③黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同处理可改善根际土壤细菌群落结构,显著提高根际土壤中节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)、寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas)和Bryobacter属的相对丰度,同时显著降低未确定属的伯克氏菌科(unidentified_Burkholderiaceae)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、未确定属的芽单胞菌科(unidentified_Gemmatimonadaceae)和戴氏菌属(Dyella)的相对丰度。黄腐酸与微生物菌剂协同对烟草青枯病有较好的防治效果,根际土壤细菌群落多样性显著增加,细菌群落结构发生明显变化。 In order to study the synergistic effects of fulvic acid and microbial agents on tobacco bacterial wilt and bacterial community in rhizosphere soil,a randomized block experiment was conducted to investigate the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt in fields.The V4 region of bacterial 16S rRNA gene in rhizosphere soil samples was amplified and high-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze the bacterial community structures of all the treatments.The results showed that:1)One hundred and twenty days after transplanting,the incidence and disease index of tobacco bacterial wilt significantly reduced by the synergistic treatment of fulvic acid and microbial agents.2)Observed species,Shannon index and Simpson index of the bacterial community significantly increased by the synergistic treatment of fulvic acid and microbial agents.3)The synergistic treatment of fulvic acid and microbial agents improved the bacterial community structure of rhizosphere soil,and significantly increased the relative abundances of Arthrobacter,Stenotrophomonas and Bryobacter.Meanwhile,the relative abundances of unidentified Burkholderiaceae,Streptomyces,unidentified Gemmatimonadaceae and Dyella significantly reduced.The synergy of fulvic acid and microbial agents had a good control effect on tobacco bacterial wilt,the diversity and structure of bacterial community in rhizosphere soil increased significantly.
