摘要
为解决YB48型硬盒包装机烟支推进器在烟组成型过程中故障停机率高等问题,借鉴空茎植物结构特性对推烟板的隔烟板形状进行优化设计,并对导烟块工作面进行相应改进。基于ANSYS平台对改进前后推烟板进行有限元仿真分析,结果显示改进后推烟板静态比刚度效能提高65.62%,动态比刚度效能提高36.01%,综合力学性能得到显著提高。以兰州卷烟厂使用的两台YB48型硬盒包装机为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后烟支推进器故障停机频次减少37.17%,停机时间减少38.34%。该技术可为提高超高速包装设备运行效率提供支持。
In order to reduce the failures during cigarette group forming,the cigarette pusher in YB48 hard packer was redesigned.Enlightened by the structural characteristics of plants with hollow stalks,the shape of the spacer plate of the cigarette plunger was optimized and the working surface of the cigarette guide block was modified accordingly.On the basis of ANSYS platform,the simulation analysis of the cigarette plunger before and after modification was conducted with finite element method.The results showed that the static and dynamic specific stiffness efficiencies of the modified cigarette plunger increased by 65.62%and 36.01%respectively,and its comprehensive mechanical property was promoted significantly.The modified cigarette plunger was tested on two YB48 hard packers in Lanzhou Cigarette Factory,the results indicated that the failures of cigarette pusher reduced by 37.17%,and the machine’s downtime decreased by 38.34%.This technology provides a support for improving the efficiency of ultra-high speed packaging equipment.
