Infrastructure serves as the cornerstone for socioeconomic development.Accelerating the construction of new infrastructure is critical for promoting China’s economic growth and laying a solid foundation for long-term development.The 2020 Report on the Work of the Government also proposed to strengthen the construction of new infrastructure.
