摘要
目的:探究根管治疗后是否需要开展修复治疗,并分析根管治疗后采取不同修复方式的修复效果以及对牙体抗折强度的影响。方法:选择48颗因正畸治疗而拔除的下颌前磨牙,将其按照随机数字表法均分为A、B、C、D、E、F六组,六组离体牙均首先接受根管治疗,而后A组使用树脂填充作为对照组,B组接受全冠修复,C组接受高嵌体修复,D组接受[牙合]贴面修复,E组接受复合树脂填充,F组接受玻璃纤维桩填充,分别对六组离体牙进行静态加载直至出现破坏,记录六组离体牙破坏力和折裂模式,并进行组间对比,分析根管治疗后开展牙体修复的可行性,以及不同材料对牙体修复抗折强度的影响差异性。结果:(1)A组离体牙抗折强度实验力值为(1201.27±302.19)N,B组抗折强度实验力值为(1989.28±421.23)N,C组抗折强度实验力值为(2019.28±389.28)N,D组抗折强度实验力值为(2022.37±404.38)N,E组抗折强度实验力值为(1409.28±289.38)N,F组抗折强度实验力值为(1689.28±430.19)N,比较显示B、C、D、E、F五组抗折强度实验力值均高于A组(P<0.05),但B、C、D三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)B组离体牙折裂模式Ⅰ类5个,Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类各0个,Ⅳ类3个,C组离体牙折裂模式Ⅰ类2个,Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类各0个,Ⅳ类6个,D组离体牙Ⅰ类4个,Ⅱ类4个,Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类各0个,E组离体牙Ⅰ类4个,Ⅱ类1个,Ⅲ类0个,Ⅳ类3个,F组离体牙Ⅰ类3个,Ⅱ类2个,Ⅲ类0个,Ⅳ类3个。结论:根管治疗后对牙体开展修复治疗是极为必要的,牙体修复能够显著改善牙体的抗折强度,同时还能够较好地保留牙体,其中全冠、高嵌体和[牙合]贴面都能够较好地提高根管治疗效果,但[牙合]贴面能够最大限度地保留牙体。
Objective:To explore whether it is necessary to carry out repair treatment after root canal treatment,and to analyze the repair effect of different repair methods after root canal treatment and the impact on the flexural strength of teeth.Methods:Choose the 48 mandibles removed by orthodontic premolars treatment were divided into six groups A,B,C,D,E,and F according to the random number table method.The six groups of isolated teeth all received root canal treatment first,and then group A was filled with resin as a control group,group B received full crown restoration,group C received high inlay restoration,group D received occlusal veneer restoration,group E received composite resin filling,group F received glass fiber post filling,and six groups of isolated teeth were statically loaded until they appeared destruction,record the destructive force and fracture mode of six groups of isolated teeth,and compare the groups to analyze the feasibility of tooth restoration after root canal treatment and the difference in the impact of different materials on the bending strength of tooth restoration.Results:(1)The experimental value of the bending strength of the isolated teeth of group A was(1201.27±302.19)N,the experimental value of the bending strength of group B was(1989.28±421.23)N,and the experimental value of the bending strength of group C was(2019.28±389.28)N,the bending strength experimental force value of group D was(2022.37±404.38)N,the bending strength experimental force value of group E was(1409.28±289.38)N,and the bending strength experimental force value of group F was(1689.28±430.19)N,the comparison shows that the bending strength experimental force values of the five groups B,C,D,E,and F were higher than those of the group A(P<0.05),but the differences between the three groups B,C,and D were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)5 in group B isolated teeth fracture model classⅠ,0 in classⅡandⅢeach,3 in classⅣ,2 in group C isolated teeth fracture model classⅠ,0 in classⅡand classⅢeach,6 in classⅣ,4 in group D isolated teeth classⅠ,4 in classⅡ,0 in classesⅢandⅣeach,4 in group E isolated teeth classⅠ,1 in classⅡ,0 in classⅢ,3 in classⅣ,3 in group F isolated teeth classⅠ,2 in classⅡ,0 in classⅢ,3 in classⅣ.Conclusion:After root canal treatment,it is extremely necessary to carry out restoration treatment on the tooth body.Dental restoration can significantly improve the bending strength of the tooth body,and also can retain the tooth body better,including the full crown,high inlay and occlusal veneer both can better improve the effect of root canal treatment,but the occlusal veneer can retain the tooth to the greatest extent.
