防控毒品犯罪视域下吸毒服刑人员教育矫治

我国目前处于毒品犯罪高发期,为控制复吸率高发这一国际性难题,监狱吸毒服刑人员教育矫治工作压力巨大。新时期的毒品犯罪具有新特点,吸毒服刑人员的教育矫治工作有新需要,在着力推进刑事执行一体化过程中,传统的教育矫治模式必须主动适应时代新变化。在防控毒品犯罪视域下,建议通过评价体系制度建设、警力资源保障和心理专业智力支持,努力推动监狱吸毒服刑人员教育矫治工作创新发展。

At present,It is in a period of high incidence of drug-related crimes in China.In order to control the international problem of high relapse rate,the education and correction of drug addicts in prison is under great pressure.Drug crimes have new characteristics,and there are new needs for the education and correction of drug addicts in the new era.In the process of promoting the integration of criminal execution,the traditional education and correction mode must actively adapt to the new changes of the times.From the perspective of drug crime prevention and control,it is suggested that through the construction of evaluation system,the guarantee of police resources and the support of psychological professional intelligence,Efforts should be made to promote the innovative development of education and correction of drug addicts in prison.
